Return Policy

We hope you love what arrives. If you need to return something, here's how it works.
Returns we accept
Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.
The item should be unused and returned in its original packaging where possible, so it can travel safely back to us.
Returns we don't accept
We cannot accept returns for change of mind on custom, made-to-order, or clearly one-of-a-kind artworks unless agreed in writing beforehand.
Items that show signs of use, wear, or alteration after delivery cannot be returned.
Return process
Email orders@khayaalbypree.com to start a return. We'll share instructions and the return address once your request is approved.
Please do not send items back without confirmation — unapproved returns may not be processed.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake.
Inspection & resolution
After we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 5 business days and contact you about a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on what applies.
